Note -
- Check-in time is (after) 4 PM and Check-out time is (before) 10 AM
- Weekly rate quoted above includes all cleaning fees and 13% Florida State and Osceola county taxes.
- For stays less than 7 nights, we will charge a cleaning fee of $65.
- Extended Stay Discounts shall be made available as follows -
- 14 Nights or more - 15% Discount off daily rate
- 21 Nights or more - 20% Discount off daily rate
- 28 nights or more - 25% Discount off daily rate
- A $200 booking deposit is needed to hold your reservation. Remaining rental amount (minus the $200 deposit) is due 8 weeks prior to the commencement of the rental period.
- A $250 refundable Security deposit shall apply to all reservations. Upon satisfactory inspection, Security deposit shall be refunded within 14 days of departure.
- We accept Credit Cards, Cash, Checks or any equivalent form of payment. Invoice and Payment Instructions shall be forwarded to you, once you complete your Reservation request.
- NO Pets allowed inside the townhome
- NO Smoking allowed inside the townhome
Cancellation/Refunds
- Written request for cancellation needs to be received before we can proceed with any Cancellation
- Prior to 8 weeks, full amount shall be refunded minus booking deposit
- Less than 8 weeks, no refunds shall be entertained
